Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Ground & Sky Films collects through this site, what we use it for, and what your rights are. It's written plainly, without unnecessary legal padding.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, project type, intended dates and your message. Apart from name, email and message, none of these fields are required. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising profiling tools.
What we use it for
Solely to reply to you, prepare a quote and carry out the commercial conversation about your production. We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest of answering a commercial enquiry you started. Under GDPR this corresponds to Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b), where the exchange precedes a contract.
How the data is processed
Form submissions are processed by Resend, an email delivery service, and land in our inbox. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp's infrastructure and subject to Meta's privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs technical access data such as IP address for security and operation.
How long we keep it
We keep received messages for up to 24 months, which matches the negotiation cycle and the chance of picking a conversation back up. After that, records are deleted. If a contract is signed, contract-related data follows the applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Under Brazil's LGPD these are set out in Article 18. Under GDPR, in Articles 15 to 22, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
How to exercise them
Write to contact@groundandskyfilms.com with your request. We reply within 15 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect your own data.

This text may be revised as the service evolves or legislation changes. The update date at the top marks the current version.
